THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2775 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the second respondent in not conducting enquiry pursuant to the letter, dated 12.04.2013, to grant succession of the protected tenancy rights in respect of the lands of an extent of Acs.1.12 guntas and Acs.1.02 guntas in Survey Nos.118 and 119 situated at Narsingi Village and keeping the notices, dated 30.09.2015 and 30.08.2016, pending. Now the learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that on verification of the Protected Tenancy Register of Narsingi Village, it is found that there are no protected tenants against the said lands and accordingly, an order of rejection was passed on 22.12.2017.

In view of the order of rejection, dated 22.12.2017, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
