THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2998 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of her representations, dated 27.05.2016 and 25.01.2019, submitted to respondent No.2, to remove the alleged encroachment in the subject road, in spite of the judgment and decree, dated 21.09.2015, passed by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar in O.S.No.137 of 2006, wherein it was held that the defendants therein have encroached into the subject road and making constructions.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Karimnagar Municipal Corporation to consider the representations, dated 27.05.2016 and 25.01.2019, submitted by the petitioner and take action thereon, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly following the prescribed procedure and issuing notice to the occupants of the subject road.
