Since the impugned order passed on 03.10.2019 in AO.No.43965 by the 1st respondent was received by the petitioner only on 08.01.2020 and since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy by way of Appeal before the Appellate Deputy Commissioner (CT), Hyderabad (Rural) Division, Hyderabad, granting liberty to the petitioner to file such Appeal within fifteen (15) days from today, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the counsel for the petitioner immediately. 4.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall also stand dismissed.
