ORDER

This Revision is filed by the petitioner/de facto complainant against the judgment dated 24-01-2007 in S.C.No.23 of 2005 passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Chirala.

When the matter was taken-up for hearing on 19-01-2016, there was no representation for the petitioner and as such, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal". Even then, there was no representation on 27-01-2016, 29-01-2016 and even today also there is no representation for the petitioner at 10.30 am and so also at 2.30 pm, though the matter is posted under the same caption. Learned counsel for the respondents present throughout the Session.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Revision shall stand closed.
