THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2541 of 2018 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice-cum-suspension order, dated 17.01.2018, issued by respondent No.4-Revenue Divisional Officer, Nellore, provisionally suspending the fair price shop authorization of the petitioner, pending finalization of the enquiry. A perusal of the impugned notice discloses that the petitioner was given liberty to appear along with relevant records before respondent No.4 on 12.02.2018. It may be noted that if respondent No.4 would not consider the case of the petitioner, the same would cause prejudice to the interest of the petitioner one way or other.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner raised various aspects, considering the fact that alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to him to avail alternative remedies as are available under law.
