wp_46092_2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in implementing order dated 10-10-2012 in O.A.Nos. 643 of 2005 with M.A.No. 2905 of 2011 and 9135 of 2010 with C.A.No. 701 of 2011 and M.A.No. 203 of 2011 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal').

Learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) filed memo dated 21-08-2017 enclosing a copy of G.O.Ms.No. 136 dated 17-08-2017 and consequential Memo No. 1568 (P)/Ser.I/A1/2017 dated 18-08-2017 of the Assistant Secretary to Government, a perusal of which shows that the petitioner's case was considered by Review Departmental Promotion Committee and based on its recommendation, his claim for notional promotion in the category of Commandant, A.P.S.P. Battalions, is included below the name of Sri Sk.Sirajuddin and above the name of Sri Khaja Shamshuddin for the panel year 2010-2011, duly deleting the name of Sri J.Prasada Babu from the panel. A consequential Memo was issued by the Assistant Secretary, wherein it is stated that the petitioner is accordingly promoted as Commandant. 3.

With the issue of the above two proceedings, the order of the Tribunal stood complied with. If the petitioner still has any grievance with respect to the said proceedings, he shall be free to avail appropriate legal remedy. 4.

Subject to this liberty given to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
