This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in clubbing the petitionerInstitution in the Non-Minority Educational Institutions List as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 30 of the Constitution of India, 1950, and consequently, direct the respondents not to include the petitioner- Minority Educational Insitution in the Non-Minority Educational Institutions' List."

On 01-06-2015, when the case was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was adjourned to today for being posted under the capition "for dismissal". Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing its cause in the Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
