HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16391 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A2 and A3, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish Fixed Deposits of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each" imposed in the order dated 18.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3284 of 2016 in Cr.No. 34 of 2016 of K.D. Peta Police Station, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judgecum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
