It is stated by the counsel for petitioners that the order whose contempt is alleged in the present Contempt Case has been complied with by respondent on 13.03.2019 of the order dt.09.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in Writ Petition No.40336 of 2018, by passing an order rejecting petitioners' representation.

Granting liberty to petitioners to question the same, the present Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 3.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
