Heard Mr. K.V. Raghuveer for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioner complains against the inaction of respondents in completing the enquiry pursuant to the show cause notice dated 01.07.2016 suspending the petitioner as authorized dealer.

The complaint of petitioner in the present writ petition is that in spite of submitting explanation dated 04.07.2016, the enquiry is not completed and continuing the petitioner under suspension is illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Petitioner seeks completion of enquiry pending against him. Without going into merits, the Court is satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order:

Respondents 2 and 3 are directed to pass orders in the pending enquiry against the petitioner in Rc.M.2027/ 2016 within four (4) weeks from today. Liberty is granted to petitioner to communicate the order for expeditious completion of enquiry.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
