The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has submitted a request through an Advocate on 31.10.2017 for release of certain increments which were due from the year 2002 onwards to the 3rd respondent, and that the 3rd respondent has not disposed of the same. 2.
Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C., appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of petitioner's representation dt.31.10.2017 within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.31.10.2017 within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
