Hon'ble Sri Justice Ashutosh Mohunta) Learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.26665 of 2011, rendered on 27.08.2012.

In the circumstances, following the aforesaid decision and for the reasons mentioned therein, this Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
