When the matter is taken up for hearing, Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that in pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court, the cases of the petitioners have been considered and rejected vide orders dated 14.03.2014, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioners feel aggrieved by the orders dated 14.03.2014, they are at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
