This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing orders for release of Indica vehicle baring registration No.AP-28AM-3444 seized in Cr.No.11 of 2017 of Prohibition And Excise Station, Husnabad as illegal and arbitrary Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances this Court passed order dated 26-10-2016 in WP.No.36136 of 2016. The same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise.

Following the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
