This criminal petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/A.1 among four or more accused in Crime No.29 of 2019 of Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 419, 420, 468, 471 and 409 IPC and Section 5 of Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, 1999, and he was arrested and he is in judicial custody since 02.02.2019. The petitioner having went unsuccessful in moving regular bail in Crl.M.P.No.153 of 2019 by dismissal order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Warangal, dated 11.02.2019, moved the present application for regular bail. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor in opposing the same and perused the grounds urged in the bail application and dismissal order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Warangal and the remand report of the petitioner. 3.
There are sustainable accusations and the investigation is at nasal stage. Thereby, from perusal of the material, there are no grounds even it is the duty of the Court to balance the personal liberty with propensity of the crime to grant any order of bail, but for not a bar if at all in future any changed circumstances to file fresh application.
4.
With these observations, the criminal petition is dismissed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 21st February 2019 mar
