This petition is filed by the petitioner/A.5 seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.673 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.509 of 2015, dated 21.05.2015 to appear before the Station House Officer, Kadapa I Town Police Station, Kadapa, on every Sunday and Thursday between 5.00 p.m., and 6.00 p.m.

Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/A.5 is working as Shift Operator and he is likely to be regularized in APSPDCL, and if he is not regularly attending his duties, his services cannot be calculated for regularization and as such, prays this Court to relax the aforementioned condition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.673 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.509 of 2015 to appear before the Station House Officer, Kadapa I Town Police Station, Kadapa, on every Sunday and Thursday between 5.00 p.m., and 6.00 p.m., is hereby relaxed.
