This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 07-07-2014 passed in WPMP.No.23355 of 2014 in W.P.No.18625 of 2014 by the respondent herein. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents stated that the order dated 07-07-2014 passed in WPMP.No.23355 of 2014 in W.P.No.18625 of 2014 has been complied with and nothing survives in the contempt case and the same is not disputed or denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the contempt case is accordingly closed.
