Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and learned Standing Counsel for Wakf Board.

Petitioner claims to be the leaseholder of shops in Needs Arcade Commercial Complex, Boggulakunta, Abids, Hyderabad. This writ petition is filed praying to hold that the 9th respondent is attempting to obtain building permission to construct building in the space earmarked for parking area attached to Needs Arcade Commercial Complex, bearing D.Nos.4-3-542 to 4-3-548 and the same amounts to committing illegality and in violation of the Building Rules.

A reading of the prayer itself would show that the relief sought in the writ petition is pre-mature. So far no building permission is granted.

Since no such permission is granted and earlier the similar request was rejected on 03.05.2017, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. 5.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if and when the building permission is granted as apprehended, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
