ORAL ORDER:

Petitioners contend that the properties mentioned in the prayer of the writ petition are private properties and when deeds of conveyance are sought to be presented before the Registering Authority, Registering Authority is refusing to receive the same without any justification. 2.

As seen from the material on record, there is no proof of submission of such documents for registration. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that earlier for the properties of same survey number, registration was done, but this time Sub Registrar/3rd respondent is refusing to receive the same.

Since it is specifically alleged that Sub Registrar is refusing receiving of the documents presented for registration but no proof is available on record, liberty is granted to the petitioners to send the documents through Registered Post Acknowledgment due and as and when such documents are received, the Registering Authority shall intimate the date on which the parties are required to appear and on consideration they shall furnish appropriate reply as warranted by law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed. ______________ P NAVEEN RAO,J DATE:8.9.2017
