This writ petition is filed seeking direction to issue Tender Schedules to the petitioner society on the free of cost without insisting on depositing of E.M.D. in respect of works notified in the Tender Notification No.DB/9?2008-09, dated 13-02-2009 issued by the respondent.

This Court already granted interim direction to the respondent on 17-02-2019. The main prayer and interim prayer are one and the same.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
