Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration, appearing for 1st respondent and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned counsel, appearing for 2nd respondent.
2. Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners had applied to the 2nd respondent to mutate petitioners' name in the municipal records on 17-03-2015 by enclosing requisite documents and also the fee payable therefore, but the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.
3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent states that 2nd respondent will consider petitioners' applications within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioners' applications within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
