This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ complainant, seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of C.C.No.526 of 2016 pending on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ complainant, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .
The petitioner/ de-facto complainant has assigned number of reasons for expeditious disposal of the Calendar Case. The petitioner herein is the de-facto complainant in the Calendar Case. The criminal proceedings are required to be disposed of expeditiously. The Calendar Case pertains to the year 2016. Naturally, the petitioner/ de-facto complainant has a right to seek early disposal of the case. Under these circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Criminal Petition with appropriate direction to the Court below. 4 .
Accordingly, the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.526 of 2016 pending on its file, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5 .
The Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly.
- 2 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
