This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order in Sale Notice Dis.No.118 dated 03.10.2016 issued by the Official Receiver in I.P.No.20 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition. Permission is granted.
