This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1(s) of CPC, assailing the order dated 18.8.2009 passed in I.A. No.1652 of 2009 in O.S.No.71 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Eluru.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 19.11.2015. In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
