ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.19 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned trial Court. 02 Heard Sri Anna Reddy Aravind Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State
03. Though this Criminal Petition is filed for quashing the proceedings, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the learned trial Court.
04. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is disposed of dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner-accused No.3 before the learned trial Court unless his presence is specifically required during the course of trial, subject to the condition of the petitioner-accused No.3 being represented by his learned counsel on every date of hearing. ln case of non-appearance of the petitioner-accused No.3 on the specific date so
