HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 10764 OF 2007 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare that the respondents have no manner of right to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment and to dispossess him from the land admeasuring Acs:6-00 situated in survey No. 57-B of Yendada village of Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhpatnam district without following the due procedure contemplated under law. Consequential direction was sought not to dispossess the petitioner from the said land without following due procedure established under law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

3. This writ petition came up 'for admission' on 31/05/2006 and interim stay was granted on 26/08/2009 in WPMP.No. 13437 of 2007. Thereafter, interim stay granted earlier was made absolute.

4. A detailed counter-affidavit has been filed along with the vacate stay petition in WVMP.No.579 of 2007 by the respondents 1 to 3.

5. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the orders of

Special Chief Secretary to Government, dated 15/3/2018 in Appeal No. 203160/EA & AR/2016, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

6. In view of the above submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

7. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed.

8. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
