HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.3754 of 2006 ORDER :

Despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present and there is no representation on his behalf.

A perusal of the record discloses that the writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Junior Lineman on Contract basis in Karimnagar Circle of the respondents Organisation and this Court was pleased to pass interim order on 27.02.2006 directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner without insisting on age restriction, subject to the fulfilment of all other requirements.

Having considered the above said facts, this Court is of the considered view that in view of the above said interim order, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Pursuant to the above interim order, if the case of the petitioner was considered and he was appointed as a Junior Lineman on Contract basis, the petitioner shall not be disturbed. With the above observations, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

AKS, J W.P.No.3754 of 2006 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
