HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1030 of 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to relax condition No.(iii) imposed by the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in Crl.M.P.No.6164 of 2019 in Crime No.464 of 2019 on the file of Shamirpet Police Station, vide order dated 31.12.2019, to the effect that the petitioner shall not leave the state without prior permission of the trial Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, the application is allowed relaxing the aforesaid condition and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Tuesday and thereafter, he shall continue to appear before the trial Court as and when directed by it.
