The petitioners, who are A1 to A6 in Crime No.67 of 2015 on the file of the S.H.O., Mangalagiri Town P.S., Guntur District, registered for the offence under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that no orders are required in this petition in respect of petitioners 2 to 6-A2 to A6.

The present complaint arises out of the matrimonial disputes. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the seriousness in the allegations made against the 1st petitioner and others, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the 1st petitioner.
