THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2590 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP).

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the third respondent-Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bapatla Police Station on 23.11.2015 and the same was followed by so many representations subsequently. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to verify the representation, dated 23.11.2015, submitted by the petitioner herein and to take appropriate action on the said representation strictly in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the representation, if any, submitted by the petitioner herein is pending consideration before the third respondent as on today, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the third respondent to verity the

representation, dated 23.11.2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________ A.V.SESHA SAI 30th January, 2018.
