Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 31.08.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that his client has instructed him in writing to withdraw the appeal as he does not want to prosecute the same. 3.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the appellant, has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter. 4.

In view of the above facts, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
