In this Writ Petition, the petitioners have questioned the order dt.19.11.2015 passed by 4th respondent under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973. 2.

Since petitioners have alternative remedy under Section 20 of the said Act before the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal, East Godavari District, Kakinada, granting liberty to petitioners to avail the said remedy, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 3.
