Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer, vide order dated 07.11.2025, is further extended directing the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer, on or before 08.12.2025.

In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
