HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.443 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.9 of 2014 of Charminar Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B I.P.C. The defacto-complainant and the accused in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offence, as they settled the matter amicably at the intervention of elders. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to crime No.9 of 2014 of Charminar Police Station, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
