THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL WRIT PETITION No. 22521 of 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in removing the petitioner from service without passing any orders, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented that the petitioner, who was removed from service, has been reinstated into service subsequently, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
