ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate Writ, Order of direction preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and to declare the action of the respondents in installing Electricity Transformer in front of the petitioner's commercial shopping complex, situated at Cinema Road, Adilabad District, it is highly objectionable and also it is high risk to the general public who is floating people for the shopping the said action of the respondents is highly illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and also in violation of Principles of natural justice and declare the same as bad in law and consequently direct the respondents not to install the Electricity Transformer in front of the petitioner's commercial shopping complex at Cinema Road, Adilabad District and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri C.Raja Shekar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are trying to install electricity transformer in front of her commercial shopping complex. Hence, she submitted a representation dated 10-02-2020 to the respondents. But, so far, no orders have been passed thereon.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the respondents not to install the electricity transformer without passing any orders on the representation dated 10.2.2020 submitted by the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that since the representation dated 10.2.2020 submitted by the petitioner is pending with the respondents, the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.2.2020 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
