HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 29036 of 2014 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in passing the order No.CS2/678/2014 dated 20.09.2014. This Court, by order dated 26.09.2014, directed the respondents to take samples afresh from the underground tank and pursuant to the said direction the samples were sent to the A.P. Forensic Science Laboratories, Hyderabad, which furnished its report stating that the test report and observations are confirming to MS and HSD as per the relevant Bureau of Indian Standard Specifications. In view of the observations made by the Assistant Director, A.P. Forensic Science Laboratories, Hyderabad, further action was dropped against the petitioner by imposing fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) for not properly maintaining the books. The petitioner paid the said fine amount. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
