THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.3028 of 2019 ORDER :

The petitioner made an application on 19.01.2019 for grant of Amusement licence to conduct Live Band for the year 2019 to the Commissioner of Police-2nd respondent and the same was acknowledged. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the application of the petitioner is under process and appropriate decision will be taken by the 2nd respondent within a week.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.01.2019 and pass appropriate order within a period of one week from today. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
