This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 29.12.2017 in I.A. No.358 of 2017 in O.S.No.6 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool, Mahabubnagar District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
