THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2769 of 2010 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the order dated 05.03.2010 of the learned III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nellore passed in I.A.No.347 of 2009 in O.S.No.345 of 2004. The said interlocutory application for impleadment of third party was allowed by the Court below vide order impugned in this revision. 2.

As there was no representation for the revision petitioner on 17.09.2016, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption "For Dismissal".

Even today also there is no representation.

The note of the Registry reflects that the suit itself was disposed of on 28.02.2014. In that view of the matter, it appears that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
