This transfer petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw M.C.No.147 of 2013 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and transfer the same to the Family Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
