Heard Mr.Aswartha Narayana for petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader and Mr.Animi Reddy for respondent No.5.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 05.10.2017 whereunder the revision filed by the petitioner is taken on file and the request for stay is refused.

The Court instead of considering and directing disposal of interlocutory application, to meet the ends of justice, considers it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by this order: The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of Case No.5920/ 2017/ E1 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are given liberty to file a memo enclosing copy of this order and seek a date for hearing of revision.

No order as to costs.
