This CRP is directed against the order dated 17.07.2015 in I.A.No.212 of 2014 in O.S.No.215 of 2007 in the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Gudur. After considering the prayer for reopening and the

reasons stated for refusing such reliefs, CRP.No.3245 of 2015 was dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of CRP.No.3245 of 2015, this revision is also liable to be dismissed for the same reasons. The revision is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
