This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking speedy disposal of C.C.No.840 of 2017 on the file of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, to dispose of C.C.No.840 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from today, without giving any unnecessary adjournments.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
