THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.3544 OF 2021 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 2.

With the consent of both the counsel appearing for the respective parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the 3rd respondent is not providing Police protection/aid, despite receipt of representation dt.26.01.2021. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.30 gts in Sy.No.726 and Ac.1.20 gts in Sy.No.725 of Dobhipet Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. When the respondents 4 and 5 interfered with the peaceful possession of the petitioner, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.162 of 2019 and the Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chevella has granted interim injunction in I.A.No.600 of 2019 in O.S.No.162 of 2019 and the said injunction order is subsisting as on today. Mentioning the said facts, the petitioner had submitted a representation dt.26.01.2021 to the 3rd respondent-Station House Officer, Shakarpally Police Station with a request to provide police protection/aid by considering the said interim injunction order granted by the Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate of

First Class, Chevella. He further submits that the petitioner has also filed copy of the said order dt.19.08.2019 in I.A.No.600 of 2019 in O.S.No.162 of 2019. According to him, the said order is subsisting as on today.

In view of the above and also considering the fact that the interim injunction order granted by the Junior Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chevella, on 19.08.2019 in I.A.No.600 of 2019 in O.S.No.162 of 2019 is still subsisting, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dt.26.01.2021 and also the interim injunction order dt.19.08.2019 in I.A.No.600 of 2019 in O.S.No.162 of 2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within one week from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall also stand closed.
