THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2575 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that without considering the representation made by the petitioner on 23.01.2018, the authorities are proceedings to demolish the construction made on his plot bearing No.8 in Survey No.766/1 of Hanamkonda Revenue Village and Mandal.

This Court by order dated 30.01.2018 granted status quo obtaining as on that date.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is only with reference to non-consideration of his representation dated 23.01.2018 and this Court granted status quo order on 30.01.2018, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - Municipal Corporation to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2018 and take appropriate decision as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till a decision is made and communicated to the petitioner, the order of status quo granted by this Court on 30.01.2018 shall be maintained by the parties. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
