HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR S.A.M.P.No.2195 of 2015 IN/AND SECOND APPEAL No.164 of 2007 COMMON ORDER:

Both parties present and they are identified by learned advocates appearing for them.

2. Both parties represented that they have entered into a compromise and that the second appeal can be disposed of in terms of the compromise.

3. Accordingly, compromise is recorded and S.A.M.P.No.2195 of 2015 is ordered. Consequently, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.

4 . Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
