THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.20380 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) When the matter was listed for admission on 06.07.2015, this Court, while issuing notice before admission, granted interim stay on condition of petitioner depositing Rs.25,00,000/- within four weeks from the date of said order. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned several times and when it came up on 31.08.2015, as none appeared for the petitioner and as it was stated by the learned counsel for respondent No.1 that the conditional order, dated 06.07.2015, was not complied with, it was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for orders'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.
