COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) All these Appeals arise out of separate, but identical orders of the Special Judge for trial of Offences under SC/ST (POA) Actcum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy, whereby he has fixed the compensation at Rs.16,500/- per acre for the submerged lands under Singoor Project. At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties have submitted that in respect of certain lands covered by common notification, a Division Bench of this Court, vide judgment, dated 28.6.2011, in A.S.No.1967 of 2002 enhanced the compensation @ Rs.26,044/- per acre.

Learned Government Pleader for Appeals (Telangana State), however, pointed out that in the instant case, the appellants have restricted their claim to Rs.25,000/- per acre, which fact is admitted by Mr. K.Raji Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants.

Since the appellants have restricted their claim to Rs.25,000/- per acre, the enhancement is limited to the said amount following the ratio in A.S.No.1967 of 2002, by judgment, dated 28.6.2011.

The appeals are partly allowed to the extent indicated above.
