ORDER

The petitioner, who is A2 in Cr.No.22 of 2015 of Araku Valley Prohibition and Excise Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act, filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. Even though the petitioner is arrayed as A2 on the basis of the confession given by A1, his arrest and interrogation is necessary in this case. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
